I’m Dee Crick, and I help growth-oriented neurodivergent adults regulate their biology, align with what truly matters, and build systems that support their life back.
For most of my life, I couldn’t understand why I struggled with things that were supposed to be easy — staying on top of daily life, keeping consistent routines — while being capable of handling objectively hard things.
I could hyperfocus.
I could perform.
I could build.
But I couldn’t sustain it without burning out.
I fell into cycles of intensely solving one life area…
only to watch another unravel.
Eventually — as a mom of two, navigating marriage, autoimmune challenges, career shifts, and building a business — I hit complete burnout.
What followed was a late ADHD diagnosis.
And one life-changing realization:
I didn’t need fixing.
I was missing the right structures, support, and understanding of how I was wired.
ADHD - It’s Not The Story We’ve Been Told
ADHD has long been framed as a deficit of attention.
But through modern science, it’s better understood as a difference in regulation — of energy, emotion, attention, behavior, and nervous system state.
The same traits once labeled “disordered” —
intensity
originality
hyperfocus
nonlinear thinking
are often the exact traits behind innovation, leadership, and creative impact.
ADHD is not a character flaw.
It’s a regulation difference operating inside a world not always designed for it.

When I’m not working or looking after my family…
I LOVE to travel and enjoy experiencing different cultures and trying new foods.
In the city, I enjoy checking out experiential entertainment, finding fun hangouts for my family and kids, or heading out for reformer pilates.
I’m always at my most relaxed when…
I’m by the water or ocean, or going for a swim, or at the spa with my husband (I was probably a sea creature in another life).
