MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I'm Dee, founder of HoloADHD - and I built what I couldn't find.

I’m a former corporate product strategist and proposition developer turned ADHD, AuDHD, and nervous-system coach for neurodivergent adults.

I'm also a wife, mom of young kids, and a late-diagnosed ADHDer juggling a multifaceted life — just like my clients.

When I went looking for support and solutions to make some life changes, I found three causes of frustration:

  1. Insight alone didn’t create the changes I wanted.

  2. Support was fragmented. One person could help with physical health. Another with mindset. Another with home or life organization. Another with parenting. Another with growing a business. But real life doesn't happen in silos.

  3. In-depth expertise was typically not through a neurodivergent lens or vice versa. Many people with in-depth expertise weren’t very knowledgeable about the intricacies of neurodivergence, and those who were tended not to be trained in other areas.

So I trained across different disciplines myself

  • sciences (neuroscience, health, hormones, and integrated nutrition)

  • practitioner training (somatic/body-based healing/nervous system regulation, polyvagal, EFT)

  • psychologies (positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral, attachment theory, parts work)

  • other relevant applications (environment design, systems thinking, sensory regulation support)

  • multiple coaching lenses (ADHD, AuDHD, executive functioning, relationships, and ADHD parenting)

I built a holistic, integrated approach to deliver on my mission - helping ADHDers gain momentum on their big goals and in business, without sacrificing other things that matter, like their home, health, or family.
