You don’t have a willpower problem.

When you’re an adult with ADHD or AuDHD, and you’re overwhelmed, the answer isn’t usually more discipline or another planner or productivity hack….

The problems are often twofold…

1. Not having integrated solutions that work holistically over your whole life,

…because if:

  • you’re not clear on what you want and how to get it - you waste time going in circles or on non-priorities.

  • your body and physiology are overloaded - priorities get distorted.

  • your environment creates friction - your energy gets drained.

  • your systems don’t support maintenance - momentum collapses.

  • your identity conflicts with your vision - progress stops.

2. Nervous system regulation

…because your higher thinking (executive functions) - responsible for initiating, planning, organizing, coordinating, and prioritizing - depends on meeting bodily needs and regulated your nervous system is.

…When you know how to manage your life holistically in an ADHD-aligned, sustainable way…

…AND you have the knowledge on how to widen your ‘window of tolerance’ and consistently regulate your nervous system…

Everything can shift.

When you have nervous system dysregulation with ADHD, it can look like this…

A woman stands at a signpost with four directional signs, indicating different options: work or career, health or love, social or leisure, and travel or adventure.

Blurred boundaries: Multiple life priorities but all vying for more attention (e.g., work, home, family)

Outline of a human head with a battery icon inside and two lightning bolts, representing mental fatigue or low energy.

Burnout or adrenal fatigue: Cycles of overworking followed by crashes. Or autoimmunity flares or chronic pain

A woman sitting at a cluttered desk with papers flying around her, a calculator, a tablet, and a cup, appearing overwhelmed or stressed.

Hyperfocus: Going hard on one thing, but collapse seen in other core life areas

Scattered thinking: Struggling more with focus, disorganization, prioritization, lateness or forgetfulness

Icon of a damaged, crumbling building with cracks on the walls and broken foundation

Slow or no progress: Not completing or even starting tasks - resistance even though there will be consequences

Symptoms: Showing fight-or-flight behaviors like avoidance, irritability, or frozen state ones - like too much perfectionism

ADHD and AuDHD adults who make real progress - without burnout or collapse in other areas of life - usually have three foundations in place…

1. They Know How To Regulate So Focus + Clarity Are Accessible

2. They’ve Connected Meaning and Emotion To What They Need To Do

3. Their Environment and Daily Systems Make Consistency Easier

HoloADHD is designed around supporting all three foundations, in an integrated, holistic, and practical way.…

  • Improve executive functioning behaviors (like impulsivity, getting started, planning, prioritizing, decision making, meta-cognition)

3. Personal Spaces and Life Systems Support

Hi,

I’m Dee Crick,

I’m an ex. corporate product developer turned neurosomatics, wellbeing, business, and life coach for neurodivergents. And the founder of HoloADHD.

I’m a wife and mom to young kids, too - and as a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD with multiple responsibilities, I built what I couldn’t find online…

Instead of fragmented support and disparate solutions offered by multiple people, sources, or specialists, I wanted multimodal ADHD support across the spectrum of life, by one provider.

So I did all the training, the learning, and conducted all the experiments, so you don’t have to - I became the solution for others that I craved but couldn’t find...

…And here’s what HoloADHD’s integrated, nervous-system-led ADHD / AuDHD support can look like in practice:

Managing Energy & Capacity

Regulating the Nervous System + Improving Wellbeing

• Nervous system regulation - practitioner support to increase resilience, capacity, and intentionality

• Nutrition, hormone, and energy management - to sustain performance across key life areas

• Meeting other physiological needs - like sleep hygiene, as health is wealth (literally and figuratively)

Getting Clarity & Direction

Knowing What Lights You Up + State Shifting Towards It

• Gain clarity - know vision, values, strengths, interests, and core unmet needs and how to embody

•  Act intentionally - replace reactive thought patterns with intentional actions using cognitive tools

•  Identity evolution - shift limiting beliefs and internal saboteurs to grow into who you are at best

Leaning on Your Second Brain

• Simple, sustainable systems - across home, health, business, and family life

• Reduce environmental friction - create spaces that reduce overwhelm and nudge towards aligned action

• Easier follow-through - decision-making structures and habit adoption, so it feels more automatic

Life Systems + Sensory Supportive Environments

Better Interpersonal Relations

Building Secure Connection, Attachments + Interdependence

• Understanding your relational patterns - rejection sensitivity, anxious, and avoidant habits

• Supporting better interdependence - boundaries, deepening connection, self-advocacy, and repair tools

• Parenting support for children - calmer, connected households (optional workshops)

New Business Building

Growing an ADHD-Friendly, Fulfilling Business

• Customer acquisition - strategic clarity, positioning, offer design, content strategy + conversions

• Fulfillment, task-flow + offer delivery - content, customer and task management

• Lifestyle and ADHD fit - boundaries and a business model that fits, whether full-time or side gig

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No.

HoloADHD is coaching and structured support rooted in neuroscience, psychophysiology, motivational and cognitive-behavioral sciences, sensory and environmental design, and applied and positive psychology.

    Coaching specifically focuses on:

    • forward movement

    • identity shifts

    • aligned decision-making

    • systems and environmental design

    • nervous system regulation, somatic practices and capacity

    • real-world implementation

If you’re looking for cognitive trauma processing, diagnosis, or clinical mental health treatment, I’m happy to refer you to a licensed therapist.

  • No.

Many adults I work with are:

    • late-diagnosed

    • self-identified

    • exploring whether ADHD or AuDHD fits

    • navigating HSP traits or executive function differences

You don’t need paperwork to start building better conditions for your wiring.

As well as inattentive, hyperactive and combined ADHD traits, my expertise includes the AuDHD neurotype - my experience includes working with:

    Interoception difficulties
    Sensory sensitivities
    Alexithymia and dysalexithymia
    Monotropism
    Masking
    Emotional awareness
    Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)
    Hyperfocus
    Task-switching difficulties
    Rejection sensitivity
    Fluctuating capacity

  • That’s usually because the system wasn’t designed for:

    • your nervous system state

    • your emotional drivers

    • your energy patterns

    • your real life load

    This isn’t hacks.

It’s about regulating capacity first before support getting clarity - then building scaffolds and systems that fit your wiring.

  • Most ADHD support focuses on one thing, like:

    • time management tools

    • accountability

    HoloADHD integrates:

    • nervous system regulation to reclaim choice

    • identity and meaning work

    • north star and vision clarity

    • strengths and values leveraging

    • executive function scaffolding

    • environmental design

    • relational co-regulation

    • hormone mastery

    • ADHD nutrition and restoration

    • business + home systems

    • Day week month mastery

    It’s biopsychosocial and environmental.

  • No.

In fact, we start by reducing overload.

    Regulation comes first.
    Then clarity.
    Then simple, sustainable structure.

    You won’t be handed a 27-step plan.

    You’ll get targeted, layered shifts.

  • Yes — I deal with parents juggling:

    • ADHD themselves

    • ADHD children

    • multiple roles

    • hormonal shifts

    • business responsibilities

This is not ADHD parenting coaching alone.

It’s integrated household regulation and systems support that positively impacts you and the rest of your household.

  • Yes.

    Many clients are:

    • founders

    • professionals

    • service providers

    • creatives

Business struggles often are regulation + identity + system design issues.

We help you grow life first businesses that don’t burn down your nervous system.

  • ADHD medication, whether it is a prescribed stimulant or non-stimulant, can make focus easier.

But ADHD is not a deficit in attention but a difference in regulation, which the medication doesn’t help with.

Most people with ADHD, especially those who are late diagnosed, still need the systems, structures, education, and skills development to make progress on their life goals.

  • Yes.

While many of my clients are late-diagnosed women, as much of the support out there misses their needs, the work is for adults with ADHD or AuDHD who want integrated support.

  • To feel

    • increased clarity

    • reduced overwhelm

    • better regulation awareness

most clients need at least six sessions.

Deeper shifts in identity, systems, and sustainable capacity develop over months - not overnight.

    This isn’t a quick fix.
    It’s a sustainable reset

  • If you are in burnout we slow down first.

If your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long, your brain will:

    • struggle to prioritize

    • avoid tasks

    • feel foggy or wired

    • lose access to meaning

We don’t push productivity hard in that state.

We rebuild physiological capacity, reduce friction, and restore clarity.

Forward momentum without burnout is the goal.

Many ADHD and AuDHD adults also experience anxiety.

Often what gets labeled as “anxiety” is:

    • chronic nervous system activation

    • uncertainty intolerance

    • rejection sensitivity

    • cognitive overload

    • environmental misfit

We work with the body and these states - not just the thoughts to help you move forward.

We are not a substitute for medical care or medical advise.

  • Yes.

I believe structured support should be sustainable — not another source of stress.

Payment plans and pay-what-you-can options are available for packages - we can discuss what makes sense for your situation during a discovery call.

    Transparency matters here.

  • This work is designed exactly for that. I believe in planning for real life, not ideal weeks, and in helping you build systems that adapt as your energy, health, or circumstances change.

Regulating the nervous system and working with integrative health and nutrition, also help you build on your average capacity.
